(1) + (2) The day includes all of the studios furniture which is always temporary, basic grip package, basic wardrobe / styling equipment such as rack and (hand) steamer. The studio hours are in between Mo-Fr / 08h - 20h. The day is for all creators such as photographers, videographers, film teams up to 10 pax on set including talents and clients. Coffee, water and basic cleaning is included.
If you book the studio only (1) you ll just book the lower level while there might be some office work going on on the upper level (open room). If you you would like to book BAAD Studio excluisve or for any event you ll might book all floors excluisive (2). All events or productions over 10 Pax in total will be charged with 20% on the daily rate. Individual rates for commercial and event inquiries.
(3) The hour is for any rent based per hour. These are also the costs for overtime on any booking or booked hours beyond opening hours. If the booking includes late or early hours but is within total booking time, we ll sure find an individual pricing.
(4) The support you need is the the support we would love to give. This includes site rep, cleaning, setting up the studio, renting equipment, booking additional crew (on your payroll), standard painting. (For all production and creative services, we ll be glad to introduce you to lola - our production company watch lola gmbh).
(5) The craft service inlcudes 1 organic soft drink and a nice assortment of sweet + healthy snacks, because good food is for good mood ☻ Price pp without on site duty. Let us know about any allergies / special wishes in advance or just book a surprise box (no meat served).
